Pay is consolidated emoluments, and the notice is clear that HRA, Provident Fund, CCA, Leave Travel Concession and Medical Claims are not admissible. No TA/DA is paid for attending the walk-in. The jobs are temporary and run only till 31 December 2026, so selected candidates have no claim to regular appointment at ILBS or to continuation in any other project.
