Educational Qualification
You must have a BE/B.Tech degree (or be in the final year) in one of the notified engineering streams:

What is the Salary for Indian Army SSC Tech Women 2026?
As a commissioned Lieutenant, you are placed in Defence Pay Matrix Level 10 under the 7th Pay Commission. The pay is generous and comes with many special allowances.

- Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500 per month (fixed)
- Stipend during training: ₹56,100 per month
