Educational Qualification
- Assistant / Upper Division Clerk: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks (or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale) from any recognised university, completed within the minimum stipulated course duration, along with proficiency in the use of computers.
- Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer: Graduation with 60% (or CGPA 6.32), or a 60% Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with one year as Steno-Typist; plus 60 w.p.m. English Stenography and computer proficiency.

Age Limit
The maximum age is 28 years, with relaxation for reserved categories — 31 years for OBC and 33 years for SC/ST candidates (where posts are reserved).
