- Within the women’s share, 5% is for qualified divorced, abandoned or widowed women holding a competent-authority certificate. If none are available, that 5% goes back to the general women’s share.
- In the urban list, 50% of posts are for technically skilled candidates. If suitable candidates are not found, technical and non-technical vacancies are filled from each other.
- Government servants can be enrolled as Urban Home Guards up to 10% of total urban vacancies, with a No Objection Certificate from their office head.

What Is the Salary for Latehar Home Guard 2026? (Duty Allowance Only)
