What Will You Do on the Job?
A Project Nurse-III screens trauma patients aged 60 years and above, checks frailty, takes informed consent in Tamil and English, and does daily delirium screening. The nurse also does pre-discharge counselling and the 90-day follow-up by telephone and field or home visits. The job includes rotational shifts, including nights, Sundays and holidays.
A Project Technical Support-II handles data entry, cleaning and management of the study database, extracts data from the Hospital Information System, and helps with follow-up schedules, reports and procurement records. Both posts also do any other project work given by the Principal Investigator. The duties are indicative, not a full list.
