You must be an Indian national and a regular employee of a CPSE or of a large private organisation with an annual turnover above ₹2,000 crore in any of FY 2023-24, 2024-25 or 2025-26. Work Experience
Experience is counted after your qualification, up to 1 September 2026, in the relevant area: Design & Engineering, project execution or inspection & quality control for engineering posts; the entire gamut of HR & IR function for HR posts; legal matters for Law posts.

Relaxation has a hard ceiling: your age on 1 September 2026 must not exceed 52 years even after relaxation. So a SC/ST candidate cannot reach 55. The notification does not list a separate PwD-SC figure.
