Educational Qualification
A candidate must possess all three of the following:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University
- C.P.C.T. score card — the exam passed from the M.P. Agency for Promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any other agency or institution recognised by the M.P. Government
- One-year Diploma course in Computer Application passed from an institution recognised by the M.P. Government
For the computer diploma, the notification accepts a diploma from any UGC-recognised university or open university, a diploma-level examination from DOEACC / NIELIT, a Modern Office Management course from a Government Polytechnic College, or a one-year COPA certificate from a Government I.T.I. Higher qualifications such as B.E. in Computer Science or IT, MCA, BCA, M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science, B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science, M.Tech and M.E. are also accepted. However, B.Sc. or B.Com degrees that include only a single computer subject will not be accepted. - Click on “Click on-Online Application Forms/Admit Cards” to reach this recruitment, where four links are available — Advertisement, Registration, Application and Edit Application.
- Open the Advertisement link first and read the complete instructions carefully.

- If you need to correct entries, use the Edit Application link within the three-day correction window — note that entries made during Registration cannot be corrected at all.
Complete the form and payment well before the last moment on 15 September, because banking server issues at the deadline are not accepted as grounds for extension. Serving government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate from their department, and applying for NOC after appearing in the exam will not be accepted.
