Most blocks have only one or two seats, so competition inside your block will be tight. The notice gives no category-wise reservation split. If you are a plain graduate, notice the words in group (b): you should be conversant with how banks handle micro-enterprise loans. Keep proof of that knowledge or experience ready, because everything you claim must be shown in original later. Also remember the computer diploma is a separate requirement, so a degree without it does not meet the notice.
Group (c) is worth special attention for women who have been active in a self-help group of the same block for the last three years. If that is you, keep your SHG records and the group’s details ready, because you will have to prove that membership with original documents during selection.

What is the Salary (Honorarium) for Birbhum Block Level Mentor 2026?
The notice does not state an honorarium amount. It says the honorarium and job responsibilities will be as per Reference Memo No. 817/PRD-15098/1/2023-DRLM dated 05.07.2024 of the Joint Secretary, P&RD Department and ACEO, WBSRLM, and the WBSRLM guidelines.
