The Programmer post pays more than double the Accountant post, and the qualification bar is higher too. If you hold both a B.Com and a computer degree, you may apply for both posts, but you need a separate application for each.
The pay is a fixed consolidated amount. Marks matter a lot here, because the written or skill test carries only 15 of the 100 marks.
