The biggest openings are TGT (102 in all), PRT (89 in all) and PGT (27 in all). Together with Librarian (13), PRT Music (10) and Balvatika Teacher (8), they make up almost the whole list, while Principal has only 4 and Vice-Principal just 1. If you hold a B.Ed. and a degree in a TGT subject, that group gives you the most chances, so check each subject row.
PwBD seats are not extra. The notice shows 12 disability seats (LD 9, VI 0, HI 1, Others 2). They are adjusted inside the SC, ST, OBC, EWS and UR seats above.
What is the Eligibility for AEES Recruitment 2026 for Every Post?
Every post asks for at least 50% marks in the degree or class mentioned. Equivalent degrees are not allowed unless the notice itself says so. The qualification date is the last date of online application.

Is CTET Required for AEES Teaching Posts 2026?
A valid CTET certificate issued on or before the closing date is essential for PRT (Paper-I) and for TGT English, Hindi-Sanskrit, Marathi, Maths-Physics, Chemistry-Biology and Social Studies (Paper-II). The qualifying marks are 60% for unreserved posts and 55% for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD posts. The notice does not list CTET for TGT P&HE, TGT Art Education, Librarian or PRT (Music). For TGT Computer Science the notice gives conflicting lines, so check the notice before you apply.

Only one concession, the highest, applies to you. SC, ST and OBC relaxation works only on seats reserved for those categories. Women do not get the 10 years for Principal or Vice-Principal, or if they are women with disability. PwBD candidates get 5 extra years if they are AEES employees.

All pay is under the 7th CPC pay matrix. The notice gives pay levels only and does not list allowances. Selected candidates serve a 2-year probation, which can be extended, and can be terminated during probation without any reason.

Selection is by a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by an Interview or Skill Test.

For Principal and Vice-Principal, merit comes from CBT and interview marks, weighted 50:50, and you need at least 60% (UR) or 54% (reserved) in both separately. For the other posts, only candidates awarded Go are empanelled, in CBT merit order. A No Go candidate is not considered, whatever the CBT score. Reserved candidates applying on UR seats get no concession. A waiting list equal to the vacancies is kept for one year.

Do not post the printout to AEES.
