Notice that Orthopaedics has no Unreserved seat and Pediatrics has only one EWS seat. Only one ST seat exists, in General Surgery. PwBD reservation is 4% horizontal within each category, for candidates with not less than 40% disability. Senior Demonstrator posts exist only in Anatomy, Biochemistry and Physiology.

SR means Senior Resident (medical candidates) and SD means Senior Demonstrator (non-medical candidates). Every medical degree must be from a recognised university or institute, or an equivalent qualification.
This is a post graduate level recruitment. For Senior Demonstrator, the M.Sc. alone is not enough: the Ph.D. is compulsory. MCI / DCI / State Medical or Dental Council / DMC registration goes with the form and is submitted again at joining.
