The 2 PwBD seats (ANM) are for locomotor disability, including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy. Ex-SM reservation applies only to indigenous Arunachal Pradesh Tribals. APST candidates selected on their own merit without relaxed standards are not adjusted against reserved seats. All vacancies are provisional and can rise, fall or be withdrawn.
If you are applying for Driver (LMV), look closely at the departments. The Driver (LMV) seats are spread over eight offices, and some carry only one seat. Your merit is matched against the preference order you give in the form, so list the departments where you would genuinely join, in the order you prefer them. A careless order can place you in an office you never wanted, and you cannot change it later.
What is the Eligibility for APSSB ANM, Driver and Technician Posts 2026?
Uniform Eligibility Criteria (applies to every seat)
Under the GoAP notification of 26 August 2026, every candidate in every category must meet all three conditions. So the UR column above does not open these posts to candidates without these documents.
Please do not skip this part. It is easy to see a UR seat and assume anyone can apply. Under these rules, a candidate without a PRC and APST certificate cannot. If your APST certificate or PRC is old, damaged or in a different spelling of your name, get it corrected now. The Board checks both originals at document verification; failing to produce them means summary rejection.
