Conditions That Can Cost You the Post
| Condition | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Creamy layer OBC | OBC candidates in the creamy layer, or whose caste is not in the Central List, are not entitled to reservation or age relaxation and are not eligible for these backlog vacancies |
| Category change | Not permitted at any stage after you register. All details you submit are final, and the Bank is not responsible for the result of wrong or incomplete details |
| Name and application | Spell your name exactly as on your certificates, as any change found may disqualify you. An incomplete application or a failed fee payment is not valid |
| One application | Apply for only one position. If you apply more than once, only the last completed application is kept and all other fees are forfeited |

| Documents | Bring originals with a self-attested copy to the interview, or you may not be allowed to appear. Not submitting the required documents when called debars you, and without them at GD/interview your candidature is cancelled |
| False information | If you do not meet the norms or give false or hidden information, your candidature is cancelled, and your service can end even after joining. Wrong information found at any stage means you cannot appear in future Bank recruitments, and if found later this applies with retrospective effect |
| Government, PSU and bank employees | Staff of Govt, Quasi Govt offices or PSUs, including nationalised banks and financial institutions, must produce a No Objection Certificate from your employer at the interview. Without it your candidature will not be considered and no travelling expenses will be paid |
| Interview marks | If you do not reach the minimum qualifying marks in the interview for your category, you are not considered for the merit list |
| Criminal cases and departmental proceedings | Disclose any FIR, criminal case, departmental enquiry, vigilance case or penalty, pending or closed, in the online form and again at interview and joining. Concealing it can cancel your candidature or end your service |
| Documents with the online form | DOB proof, degree certificates, other certifications, experience letter, CTC break-up and latest salary slips |
| Changes | A request to change centre, venue, date or time for any test or interview is not entertained |
| Canvassing | Any canvassing or influence leads to disqualification |
| Unfair means | Can lead to disqualification from that exam, a permanent or fixed-period ban from Bank exams, and termination if you have already joined |
| Service bond | Serve at least 3 years, or pay three months’ gross salary (not more than Rs 3 lakh) |
| Probation | 12 months of active service |
| Location | Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply |
