Educational Qualification
You need a pass class in B.E. or B.Tech from an AICTE/UGC approved college or institute, or a recognised university. The degree discipline must be one of these:

What is the Salary for BEL Project Engineer-I 2026?
The pay is an all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of ₹50,000 per month for the first year. It rises by ₹5,000 for every year the contract is extended. Because it is a project job, there is no regular pay scale.

The contract is for 3 years from the date of joining. It may be extended by up to one more year, which makes 4 years at most, depending on project progress and your performance.
