Every male candidate must expand the chest by at least 5 cm. Women are exempt from the chest standard. A transgender candidate follows the male or female standard that is written on the certificate, and must submit that certificate. A candidate must not have any physical disability, knock-knee or flat-foot, or any eye disease, must be able to tell the main colours apart and must be medically fit.
