For IT Professional-IV and V, the certification must be any one of MCTS, MCPD, MCSD, OCAJP, SCJP, Red Hat or MCDBA, in areas such as Unix / Linux / Windows server administration, virtualization, SAN, backup, system security, database administration (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL), or configuring IIS, Apache and Tomcat for apps like Drupal, Moodle, WordPress and Joomla. Good knowledge of these same areas is also listed as desirable for both levels. Do not skip this if you are applying at these two levels.
Desirable experience includes website and portal development (ASP.NET, Java, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, Bootstrap), desktop publishing, Photoshop and Corel Draw for the first level, mobile app development, and for higher levels, project management, documentation and server administration.
