Please notice two things. No post has an SEBC seat, and Farm Manager and Stenographer have no SC seat. SEBC candidates still get age relaxation, but there is no separate SEBC quota here. The Odia condition is the one most outsiders miss. If you cannot attach proof of studying Odia up to Class 7, your form does not meet the advertisement. If you are a graduate looking for government jobs with an agriculture or allied science degree, the first two posts are aimed squarely at you. A Master’s degree is only “desirable”, but it also helps in the tie-breaker.

For the skill test, you choose English, Hindi or Odia. Transcription time is 50 minutes in English and 65 minutes in Hindi or Odia. Test venue and time will be told later, and no TA/DA is paid. The notification does not mention negative marking.
