RFCL pays on the IDA pattern and the packages are strong for the fertiliser industry. Besides basic pay you get Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances at 35% of basic pay, and company accommodation or HRA — HRA is not payable where company accommodation is available at your posting unit.
