Educational Qualification

What is the Salary for RRB Technician 2026?

Both posts carry attractive 7th CPC pay along with all railway allowances. The pay matrix is one of the strongest reasons RRB Technician is a marquee national exam every cycle.

  • Technician Grade-I Signal: Pay Level 5 — initial pay ₹29,200/- + DA + HRA + Transport Allowance + Running Allowance (where applicable) + Pass facility

Apart from monthly salary, Indian Railways provides residential quarters, free medical care for self and dependents, leave travel concession, pension under NPS, and the famous Railway Pass facility for unlimited travel across the network.
