The Hindi condition is the one many candidates from outside Haryana miss, so check your marksheets before you pay. For the library posts, note that a plain degree is not enough: you need the graduate degree plus B.Lib. and, for two of them, three years of library work. The JE posts accept either an engineering diploma or a full degree.
Store Keeper carries one extra condition after joining: you must pass the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) within the two-year probation, which can be extended by one year. Until you qualify it you are not entitled to earn any increment in your pay scale, and if you fail to qualify it your services will be dispensed with. Plan to clear SETC in your first year so it never becomes a worry.
