Look closely before you pay the fee. Block Account Manager has only an SC seat, while Block Supervisor – VBD and Cleaner (SNCU) have only an OBC seat. Many single-seat posts are UR only. In the nursing cadre, the Divyang seats are open only to One Leg (OL) disabled candidates, with at least 40% disability.
