Two things stand out. First, Advt 49 has no Unreserved seat – its three Port Officer posts are for SEBC (2) and ST (1) only. Second, the posts marked \* fall under the Divyang special recruitment drive, and the notice says some or all of those posts belong to that drive. If you are not a PwD candidate, read the detailed advertisement of that post before you pay anything. No post in this notice carries an Ex-Serviceman reservation.
