For Group C, the 50% marks condition will not be insisted upon for SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates, and for candidates holding a qualification higher than 12th. If you are a 12th pass candidate with less than 50% but you also hold a degree, you are still eligible.
Scouting-Guiding Qualification (Both Posts)

The five-year activeness certificate must be in the exact Annexure-A format, signed by your Group Leader, the District Organising Commissioner and the District Commissioner. Get these signatures early and check the format before you upload.
Important: educational or scouting certificates acquired after the last date of application shall not be considered. All certificates must be issued on or before 6 November 2026.

The first two National and State certificates only make you eligible; extra events earn the marks. Collect every certificate you have.
Merit adds this 40-mark block to your written score, so extra rallies, jamborees and courses you can prove on paper can raise your total. Before you even start the form, sort your certificates into these four heads and count your marks honestly. Remember that only certificates issued on or before the last date will count.
