CCI Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Age Relaxation:
The upper age limit is relaxable as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years.

CCI Recruitment 2025: Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be offered attractive pay scales and benefits as per the Corporation’s rules.
Scale of Pay (IDA Pattern):
- Management Trainee (Marketing): Rs 30,000 – 1,20,000.
- Management Trainee (Accounts): Rs 30,000 – 1,20,000.
- Junior Commercial Executive: Rs 22,000 – 90,000.
- Junior Assistant (Cotton Testing Lab): Rs 22,000 – 90,000.
Probation Period:
Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months (1 year) of active service from their date of joining. Confirmation in service will be communicated in writing by the Management after the completion of the probation period.
Service Bond:
There is a mandatory provision of executing a Service Bond. Candidates will be required to serve a minimum period of 3 years in the Corporation after joining services or in lieu thereof, pay 3 months’ basic pay (basic pay as on the date of separation).
CCI Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection process for the CCI Recruitment 2025 will primarily consist of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.
Computer Based Test (CBT):
- The examination will consist of 120 Objective MCQ type questions to be attempted in 120 minutes.
- The paper will be divided into 5 units:
- Unit-I: General English (15 Questions, 15 Marks).
- Unit-II: Reasoning (15 Questions, 15 Marks).
- Unit-III: Quantitative Aptitude (15 Questions, 15 Marks).
