On top of this, you must have appeared in PET 2025 and been issued a scorecard. You must hold the qualification and its certificate by 25 November 2026.
Preference rules: for most posts, two years in the Territorial Army or an NCC ‘B’ certificate gives preference. For Mechanic, a Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence gives preference. Preference only helps when other things are equal; it is not compulsory.
