Residence Rule
Only residents of the concerned development block are eligible for that block’s schools. Applications from other blocks or districts are not accepted. If no eligible person is found from the block in the first call, candidates from other blocks of Balod district may be taken.
What Is the Salary of a Sangwari Guruji in Balod 2026?
The pay is a fixed honorarium (mandey), not a pay scale. The notification does not print the pay period.

Honorarium is paid on attendance certified by the school management and development committee (SMDC/SMC) and the principal. It is reduced in proportion for absent days. No leave is allowed except government holidays.
