For the Developmental Therapist post there is a fallback: if candidates with the above qualification are not available, those with a Master of Health Science in Clinical Child Development (MHSc-CCD) from the School of Distance Education, Kerala University can also be considered. So the MHSc-CCD is a second choice, not an equal route. Note that three posts (Paediatrician, Medical Officer and Clinical Psychologist) also ask for a registration, and that certificate must be an original on the interview day.
