Forms are issued from 5 November 2026 to 16 November 2026 (Medical Officers: until the posts are filled). The notice is in Kannada, and we have explained it in simple English for medical and healthcare jobs seekers.

Some posts have no roster printed against them, so here are the group splits the notice gives for those.

| PHCO | GM 5, SC 2, 2A 1, 3B 1, Cat-I 1 | 10 |
| X-Ray Technician | GM 2, SC 1, ST 1 | 4 |
There is a small mismatch in the notice for Lab Technician (PM-ABHIM Namma Clinic). The posts table says 2, while the form-issue table says 1. We have used 2, because the Lab Technician group total of 8 and the roster total of 8 both need it.

Expired certificates are not accepted.
If you claim the Kannada Medium or Rural quota, the Class 1 to 10 certificates need the Block Education Officer’s countersignature.
