AIIMS Kalyani has invited applications for 12 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) posts on tenure basis in Dermatology, Microbiology, General Surgery, Pharmacology and Pathology. This is a fresh notice and it replaces our earlier May 2026 article, so apply only through this one. The pay is Level 11 of the 7th CPC plus NPA, and the engagement runs up to 3 years under the Central Residency Scheme.
The online form closes on 9 November 2026 at 5:00 PM, and the hybrid interview is on 19 and 20 November 2026. If you hold an MD, MS or DNB in the right discipline, read the seat split below first. AIIMS Kalyani is an Institute of National Importance set up under PMSSY by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Residents may also be posted at its attached rural and urban health centres.

Also, 4% of the total vacancies are horizontally reserved for PwD (OPH) candidates. The notice states no PwD seat count. The Institute can vary the vacancies, including reserved ones, as per Government of India rules.
Anyone may apply against posts earmarked for EWS, but only on three conditions. Such a candidature is considered only if EWS applicants are not available. It counts as Unreserved, with no relaxation of any kind. And the fee is never refunded.

Other categories get relaxation as per DoPT instructions. SC, ST and OBC candidates applying against unreserved vacancies get no age relaxation.
