Educational Qualification
- Officer (Finance): CA / CMA, OR a graduate in Commerce with an MBA/PGDM in Finance.
- Officer (HR): Graduate with an MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel / Social Work / Labour Studies.
- Officer (Medical): MBBS with completion of internship and Medical Council registration.
- Sr. Manager (CC Lab): Ph.D in Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering.
- Officer (Legal): A degree in Law (LLB) or a 5-year integrated law course.
- Engineering posts: Diploma in Electrical (for Assistant Engineer E0) or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Civil Engineering (for higher grades).
Most posts also need relevant work experience ranging from 2 years to several years, depending on the grade.
Age Limit
The maximum age is different for each post and category (as on 01 March 2026). For example, the engineering Officer (E1) posts generally have a maximum age of 34 years for UR, while higher grades and the E0 post allow higher ages. Age relaxation is given for OBC, SC, ST and PwBD candidates as per government (DPE) rules.
