Eligibility Criteria — DRDO CFEES Internship 2026
Educational Qualification
- Engineering Students: Pursuing the final year (7th or 8th semester) of a B.E. / B.Tech. programme in any of the eligible disciplines.
- Science Students: Pursuing the final year (1st or 2nd year) of an M.Sc. / M.Tech. programme in any of the eligible disciplines.
- Marks / CGPA: Minimum 80% marks or CGPA 8.0 / 10 in the qualifying examination.
- University: Must be from an AICTE / UGC approved University / Institute.
- Referral Letter: A request / referral letter from the Principal / Director of the institution on college letterhead is mandatory.
- Bio-data: A brief bio-data of less than 300 words.

The selection is purely merit-based — there is no written exam or interview.
