A part-time specialist also gets ₹15,000 per emergency visit and ₹800 per hour for every hour beyond 16 hours a week. A Senior Resident gets other allowances as per instructions from ESIC Headquarters, and the pay is reduced by ₹1,350 for a Diploma holder.

Contract Terms You Should Know
- A full-time specialist is engaged for three years with annual evaluation, renewed every year on satisfactory performance, or till a regular specialist joins, whichever is earlier.
- If no eligible full-time candidate is available, a part-time specialist may be considered for 44 days, irrespective of category.
- A Senior Resident is engaged on tenure basis for three years, extendable every year, as per the HOD’s annual evaluation.
- There is no claim for regularisation, and the appointment gives no right or preference for regular appointment.
- There is no claim for PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, seniority or promotion.
- No TA/DA is payable for the interview or for joining. Hostel, quarters and uniform will not be provided.
- If any information in your application is found false or incorrect at any stage, your candidature or appointment is liable to be cancelled or terminated without notice or compensation.
- Selected candidates must join within 7 days of receiving the selection order.
