Salary / Pay Scale for EIL Management Trainee (MT)
The salary package offered by EIL for Management Trainees is quite attractive. The selected candidates will receive stipend of ₹ 60,000/- per month +Accommodation & Transport OR ₹ 60,000/- per month + ₹ 15000 in case Accommodation & Transport are not provided during training
After training period, candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of ₹ 60000-180000/- and their total CTC will be Approx. Rs. 19.23 LACS PER ANNUM (Including superannuation benefit and performance related pay).
In addition location based benefits and other allowances as applicable to Project Sites shall be paid. Transportation facility and transit accommodation shall be provided depending on the site location.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for EIL Management Trainee
To be eligible for EIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023, candidates must have a valid GATE-2023 score in the relevant discipline. The candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engg.) or Technology (M.Tech.) with a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/ CPI in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation. Candidates in the final year of their engineering degree course can also apply for the MT program.
Age Limit for EIL Management Trainee Recruitment
There is an upper age limit of 25 years for General Category candidates to apply for EIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD/Ex-Servicemen category, as per the Government of India guidelines.
