NPCC Site Engineer Eligibility Criteria

- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) from a Recognized University or Institute.

Salary and Benefits for NPCC Site Engineer
Selected candidates will be offered the following remuneration package:
- Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 33,750.00 per month.
- Provident Fund (PF): Employer’s contribution @ 12% shall be borne by NPCC.
- Medical Allowance: A fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1200/- per month will be paid.
- Tenure: The appointment will be on a contract basis for one year. Extension may be considered based on the Corporation’s requirement and the individual’s performance.
NPCC Selection Process 2025
The selection for the Site Engineer (Civil) post will be based on the following:
- Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates need to appear directly for a Walk-in Interview on the specified dates.
- Screening: Management may conduct further screening based on merit and experience.
- Document Verification: Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested copies supporting their eligibility (age, qualification, caste, experience if any) to the interview. Candidates currently employed in Government/PSUs must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Those with private sector experience should submit experience certificates on company letterhead.
