Educational Qualification

A Master’s degree from a recognized University in one of the following combinations is required:

  • Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination at the degree level.

  • Minimum one year of post-qualification experience is required.
  • The experience should be in using/applying terminology (official language) in Hindi or translation work (English to Hindi and vice-versa).
  • This experience must be gained under Central/State Government, UTs, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Organizations, PSUs, Universities, or recognized research/educational institutions.

Age Limit

  • The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years as of the last date of online application (May 7, 2025).
  • Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates. Ex-Servicemen relaxation is as per government guidelines.
