Salary & Benefits for IOB Local Bank Officer
Selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager (Scale I) and will be entitled to the following pay scale and allowances:
- Pay Scale: ₹48480 – 2000/7 – 62480 – 2340/2 – 67160 – 2680/7 – 85920 (as on 01.05.2025).
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), etc., as per bank rules in force.
