The degree must be from a recognised university. This educational qualification does not apply to candidates applying on deputation. Deputation candidates are exempt from this table, but the service rules below still apply. Experience and Service Rules
All four posts require experience in execution of infrastructure projects. Experience counts only if gained after the minimum qualification. Preferred experience differs by post.

Read the table as a service-and-pay test first and an experience test second. A high designation alone is not enough: you need the matching pay level and the required years of service, where stated. Higher grade pay or scale granted under ACP/MACP/NF by the parent department is not counted for these criteria.
