Educational Qualification
You must hold any one of the following qualifications from a Madhya Pradesh government-recognised college or institute and have passed in the 2022 to 2026 batch:
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Civil / IT / Computer Science Engineering
- Graduate Apprentice (Commerce): B.Com. with Accounts as a major subject
- Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering in Electrical or Civil branch
You must register on the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) before applying — the NATS registration number is mandatory and your candidature will be cancelled if your passing date is more than 5 years old at the time of NATS approval. Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in the same trade earlier (with MPEZ or any other establishment) are not eligible to reapply in the same trade.

What is the Stipend for MPEZ Apprentice 2026?
The Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended in 2019) fixes the monthly stipend for trade and graduate apprentices. MPEZ pays the prescribed stipend as a fixed monthly amount during the entire 1-year training period.

Selection is purely merit-based on qualifying examination marks — there is no written exam, no interview and no skill test. The process runs as follows:
